The 4-Drum HardTop Plus safely stores hazardous drums outdoors. Designed to accommodate four 55-gallon drums, the unit features a unique “2-way” entry system. To access drum tops, the ergonomically friendly, roll-top covers can be easily lifted from waist height. To load or unload drums, the swing-out doors provide safety and convenience. The lockable, “2-way” entry system is located on two opposite sides of the unit, allowing quick access to all four drums. Has all of the same features as our 2-Drum HardTop Plus but with more room.

Optional HardTop Plus Loading Ramp features a powder-coated steel frame with a non-slip polyethylene deck.

4 Drum Steel Spill Containment Pallet

Protect workers and the environment from hazardous leaks or spills with these hard working, heavy gauge steel pallets. Constructed of 11 gauge hot rolled steel and strengthened with formed edging, they provide excellent chemical resistance and durability. Generous sump capacities are fully compliant and 100% tested leak tight. Sturdy galvanized steel bar grating keeps drums out of overflow and removes for convenient sump inspection and cleaning. Sump is nestable for storage and transport to save space during shipping. Large forklift pockets (8-3/8"W x 3-7/8"H, 213mm x 98mm) in front and back makes relocation easy. Available in three styles (2 drum, 4 drum in-line, 4 drum square) for versatile storage needs. In-line styles leave more space for clean isles when space is at a premium. User preference includes two finishes: environmentally friendly tough powder coat paint in blue, or steel hot dipped galvanized after fabrication for greater protection against rust and corrosion.

The recycled polyethylene is nearly impervious to chemicals, including acids and corrosives. Centers feature a seamless design. to ensure any leaks or spills are captured in the sump. Sturdy grates are nearly 2-1/2" thick. Able to create a customized system. Use optional Joining Clips to firmly lock units together. Sumps remain separate and clips can be removed for easy repositioning. In applications calling for a continuous sump, optional Sump-to-Sump Drain Kit (includes joining clips and transfer tube), allows centers to be joined together. Optional Ramp features anti-skid ribs for maximum safety. For compliant storage using units 4-drum and smaller, use Sump-to-Sump Drain Kit to reach needed capacity. Black = 100% recycled content. Yellow = 35% recycled content. Yellow pallets consists of virgin poly sumps with 100% recycled grates. Resulting in a total of 35% recycled content. Yellow Ramp non-recycled.
