Limited Warranty: Except as described in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, there are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Spill 911 shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) All obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty, (2) All obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Spill 911, or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto, and (3) All consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever.
Terms: These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Spill 911 and the purchaser, and shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of Indiana and the United States of America.
Prices: All published prices are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. In the event of a printing error, Spill 911 reserves the right to charge the correct price. Spill 911 also reserves the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforeseeably change.
