MARCOM's "OSHA Recordkeeping" Booklet helps facilities comply with OSHA's Recordkeeping regulation (29 CFR Part 1904). The booklet can be used to train all levels of personnel and provide them with a common base of understanding about recordkeeping requirements. It highlights actual workplace incidents that demonstrate how to report accidents and what information employees need to furnish. Areas covered in the booklet include why recordkeeping is important, what recordkeeping is used for, definitions and examples of work–related illnesses and injuries, information employees should provide about an incident situation, "recordable incident" scenarios, and more.
