MARCOM's "OSHA Recordkeeping for Employees" Video Program helps facilities comply with OSHA's Recordkeeping regulation (29 CFR Part 1904). It shows employees actual workplace incidents that demonstrate how to report accidents and what information they need to furnish. Areas covered in the program include why recordkeeping is important, what recordkeeping is used for, definitions and examples of work–related illnesses and injuries, information employees should provide about an incident situation, "recordable incident" scenarios, and more. This program can be used in conjunction with the MARCOM's "OSHA Recordkeeping for Managers and Supervisors" Video Program to train all levels of personnel and provide them with a common base of understanding about recordkeeping requirements. The video program comes with a comprehensive leader's guide, reproducible scheduling & attendance form, employee quiz, training log and training certificate.
